AI automation

Losing hours every week retyping invoices, sorting e-mails or looking up data? That's work AI can reliably take over today, with your team at the wheel.

Who it's for

For companies where administrative teams lose time on repetitive tasks: processing incoming documents, transferring data between systems, answering standard questions. Not every task is a fit for AI, which is why we always start with a short analysis of where automation genuinely saves time and prevents errors.

What we build

  • Document processing: invoices, purchase orders and freight documents that are automatically read, checked and posted into your ERP.
  • Data extraction and classification: turning unstructured information from e-mails and attachments into usable, structured data.
  • Internal AI assistants: employees asking questions of your own company data and documentation, safely inside your Microsoft tenant.
  • Smart workflows: processes where AI does the routine work and an employee only validates the exceptions.

How we build it

We build on Azure AI Foundry and the Azure OpenAI models, inside your own Azure environment. Your data never leaves your tenant. Every automation gets a human-in-the-loop design: AI does the preparatory work, your team approves where needed. And as with all our solutions: monitored with dashboards and alerts, so quality stays measurable.

We deliberately start small: one process, measurable results within weeks. If it works, we expand. If it doesn't, we say so honestly.

From the field

For an international recycling group we automate the processing of incoming document streams: submitted documents are automatically recognised, matched to the right transactions and prepared for posting. Employees only validate the exceptions instead of retyping everything manually.
